Checking-in Times
Our checking-in times are 1 – 2 pm and from 5pm.
If these times are not suitable, we are of course flexible in this matter. Please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Cancellations
A full refund of deposit will be given if cancellation is made within 7 days or more of your arrival. Should cancellation be necessary within 7 days of your arrival, no refund of deposit will be given. Full accommodation costs will be charged to guests who fail to arrive.

Privacy Policy.
The Ceol na Mara website collects personal information about you when you make an enquiry about particular accommodation, in this event, we will obtain your name, email address, postal address and telephone number and any other additional information which you choose to provide. This information is personal data in terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and so our collection, use and storage of your data must comply with the provisions of the Act.
The personal information which we collect from you will only be used for the purposes of arranging your reservation and for related purposes. We will only retain your personal information on our databases for as long as we deem necessary and it will be kept secure using appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
